Waiver form

 On arrival at the park all customers who wish to par take in the actives of any jump or clip and climb session must complete a waiver. The waiver is held securely on our Roller system for the period of 12 months. After 12 mouth your current waiver will expire.

 We require all those who use our facilities to complete a waiver form (whether on their own behalf or those of any children for whom they are the parent or guardian). We use this information for the purposeof ensuring that you are fit and able to use our facilities and as a safeguard in the event of any accident. This is on the basis that it is in the legitimate interests of our business and also in our customers’ legitimate interests to ensure that we maintain such records in order to be able to ensure that you are fit and able to jump and also in order for us to ensure that we have carried out adequate records and checks on our customers.

Roller booking system

Weather you book online or in centre, when making a booking at Energi, we will collect your name, email address, home address, contact telephone number and payment details as part of the booking process. We use this for the purposes of a contract between us and you in order to use Energi and attend sessions. We will also use the information form you to internal monitor the use of our facilities, data analysis, research, troubleshooting (in reference to issues with our booking system) and to contact you in regard to changes to your booking.  This is on the basis it is in the legitimate interests of our business to collect this information for this purpose.

Marketing

If you wish to receive marketing information via emails from Energi, when booking a session, you will be given the option to opt in or out of any marketing material. 

 When booking online you will be given the option to opt out of any marketing martial. Unless you have stated to opt out at the time of your booking you will be giving energi consent to send you any marketing material. If you book a session in centre you will be asked by our reception team if you would like to give consent to receive marketing information from us. You may withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent you can do this by unsubscribing to one of our emails or please send us an email to Info@energinewport.com

Accident forms

Energi Trampoline Park Newport has a strict safeguarding policy to ensure the safety of all who enter our facility. Due to the nature of the activity accident may occur and it is our responsibility to act and document any accidents accordance with Health and safety Executive.

CCTV

 We monitor and record the areas of the premises where activities take place. This does not include toilets and changing rooms. The purpose of this monitoring is to ensure a safe environment for all users of our facility and is in the legitimate interest of our business and also of all customers. We will use information collected by CCTV to help with any accidents and incidents, requestsfrom the police and to support any investigations.

Photography and video

From time to time, we may photograph or video customers using the facilities at Energi. We will inform all those attending to use our facilities if any photography or videoing will be taking place at that given time. We do this as we use some photographs and videos on occasion for marketing purposes. This be on our website, social media, emails, promotional material, leaflets, posters, press advertising and in advertisements. At Energi we strive to show all customers an enjoyable environment and people enjoying themselves using our facility and is in the legitimate interest of the business. If customers do not wish to be photographed or filmed, they have the option of informing a member of staff when attending to jump.

This is also mentioned in the waiver on arrival.

We will only use the information you have given or that we have taken from you for the permitted purpose it was obtained.
