Energi Mini Monkey Sessions are exclusively for Jumpers aged 2-4 Years
Family Sessions have a minimum age of 2 Years.
In all Mini Monkeys and Family Sessions jumpers aged 2 -4 years must be fully supervised by an adult on the Trampoline Arena. No persons under the age of 2 will be permitted access.
Photography is permitted in all areas of our Park and Climbing Arenas but we request that users consider other participants when taking pictures and videos. Some sessions may be identified as non-photography sessions which will be advised upon arrival at the park. Please note mobile phones are taken onto the Arena at your own risk.
Yes we do. We have wheelchair access via a lift to our mezzanine cafe from the ground floor. All entrances are suitable for wheelchair users.

We recommend arriving at least twenty minutes before your session starts. This is particularly important during peak busy times.

A resounding yes! We have purpose built exclusive party rooms adjacent to the trampolines where we can cater for parties of different sizes. We have a number of standard packages which include a party host and a range of catering options. We offer young children’s parties, teenagers parties, 18th’s, 21st's, private parties and even exclusive entire arena hire.

A jump session lasts one hour. You can book double slots via our online booking service.

The minimum age to attend the trampoline park without adult supervision is 12 however your parent or guardian must have signed a waiver. We have a range of toddler and family sessions throughout the week to cater for under 5’s, please check with our staff or online for more details. The minimum age to jump is 5 but children jumping between the ages of 5 and 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult within the arena. The minimum age to use Clip’n’ Climb equipment is 5 years. Children using Clip ’n’ climb between the ages of 5 and 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult within the arena.
Please refer to our full rules and advisory notes on display on the website and at the arena. We ask that anyone with a current or past medical history or condition seeks independent professional medical advice before using the arena. Whilst we do all we can to keep the park safe our customers use the trampolines at their own risk.
Yes there are no restrictions on glasses. Remember though to ensure they are securely in place and think about using a safety band for added security.
There is no minimum height for jumping. There is a minimum height for Clip ’n’ Climb of 1m. The maximum weight for jumping at Energi Newport at 18 stones (115 kgs) The maximum weight for Clip ’n’ Climb is 22 stones (140kgs)
We don’t advise or recommend that you use the trampolines while pregnant.
Yes cash and card payments can be taken but please be sure to arrive in plenty of time to be checked in and complete your waiver if necessary. We urge you to use the website or call ahead to check availability for your preferred session. We get very busy at weekends, during school holidays and in the evenings and cannot guarantee you will be able to jump at your desired time. We would always recommend pre-booking toddler and fitness sessions to avoid disappointment
We require 7 clear days notice to provide a refund for any cancellations or to exchange your session.
Yes it’s mandatory for all jumpers to wear Energi performance trampoline socks. Socks can be purchased online or at the arena and are yours to keep for future visits. If you have socks from other Trampoline Arenas we will exchange these for you free of charge.
Good fitting, comfortable sportswear is best. There are no restrictions for clothing other than loose, sharp or metallic accessories should be removed and safely stored in our lockers. Remember trampolining is very energitic so dress to stay cool.
Unfortunately you will lose the session but if we can and we have availability we will do all we can to allow you to use what is left of the session. If this is not possible we will offer you a later session but again subject to availability.
Every jumper and climber must have completed a waiver before using the trampolines and climbing walls. Waivers can be completed online and in person. All jumpers and climbers under the age of 16 must have their waiver completed by their parent or guardian.
Absolutely not. All are welcome to visit our parks. The trampolines are a controlled area but we welcome anyone who may just want a coffee or a snack or just to see what goes on in an Energi Trampoline Park
We have plenty of conveniently placed lockers for you to safely store your valuable items whilst jumping. Our lockers use 4 digit key codes and are free of charge.
The Energi Café is at the heart of the park and the best place to watch the fun and action from. Our mezzanine level viewing gallery is part of the café where you can enjoy a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks in quality surroundings. Stay a while and make use of our free wi-fi while catching up with the world and your emails.
