Our dedicated and fully qualified fitness instructors are here to help you achieve your goals. With group sessions for men and women at convenient times, come and exercise with a smile on your face, before flopping into the café for a post workout drink and chat with your fellow jumpers.
Evening classes are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at 7 pm. We recommend that you book in advance for each 45-minute class.
We also have daytime classes Tuesday and Friday at 12 noon.
All jumpers must complete a Waiver Form prior to their first session. Energi performance trampoline socks are compulsory; you can book online, purchase at reception, or bring your own Energi grip socks.
