Our dedicated and fully qualified fitness instructors are here to help you achieve your goals. With group sessions for men and women at convenient times, come and exercise with a smile on your face, before flopping into the café for a post workout drink and chat with your fellow jumpers.
Evening classes are Tuesday and Sunday at 7pm & Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8pm. We recommend that you book in advance for each 45 minute class.
We also have daytime classes Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 12 noon.
All jumpers must complete a Waiver Form prior to their first session. Energi performance trampoline socks are compulsory; you can book online, purchase at reception, or bring your own Energi grip socks.
