How will I know what to do while I'm there?

Our helpful, friendly Energi team in reception and the café are there to ensure all our visitors are looked after. Our expert Energi Crew on the trampoline court look after your safety first and foremost but are also happy to help jumpers get the most out of the trampolines.

Do you have wheelchair access ?

Our ground floor is fully accessible and a table service is available in our downstairs seating area. The café on the mezzanine floor and the trampoline court are only accessible by stairs.

Do you have sessions for those with special needs?

Yes we do, our Energi Friendly sessions are specifically aimed towards those with additional needs. For more information click here.

How to find Energi Trampoline Park, Wilmslow?

We are situated just off the A34 behind Tesco and Marks and Spencers. You can find us on Epsom Avenue, across from Lifestyle Fitness. We also have a free car park on site.

What time will Energi Trampoline Park Wilmslow be open and on what days?

Sundays to Thursdays we’re open between 9.00am & 9.00pm. On Fridays and Saturdays from 09.00am to 10.00pm

Will you be running any fitness classes?

Yes we do, for times and prices visit Energi Fit.

Do I need to turn up earlier than when my session starts?

We recommend arriving between twenty and thirty minutes before your session starts. This is particularly important during peak times.

Do you have free wi-fi?

Yes, sit back and relax in our Energi cafe with free wi-fi access.

Do you cater for Birthday parties?

A resounding yes! We have purpose built exclusive party rooms adjacent to the trampolines where we can cater for parties of various different sizes. We have a standard package to suit everyone but do specialise in creating custom parties. With a range of catering options and dedicated party hosts we can offer parties for children, teenagers, 18th’s, 21st’s, or even exclusive hire of our entire park for those big moments.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed, with the exception of a previously arranged catering package.

How long does a jumping session last?

A standard jump session lasts one hour, however we do offer a consecutive hour at half price. You can book via our online booking system.

Do you offer Group discounts?

Yes, we do offer concessions and group deals. Please call us on 0161 672 6799 and we’ll be happy to see what we can offer you.

Can children visit without a parent/ guardian?

All jumpers aged 11 and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

I have a medical condition, can I jump?

Please refer to our Safety and Park Rules on our website and displayed around the arena. We ask that anyone with a current or past medical condition seeks independent professional medical advice before using the arena. Whilst we do all we can to keep the park safe, our customers use the trampolines at their own risk.

Can I wear glasses?

There are no restrictions on glasses but please remember to ensure they are securely in place. Consider using a safety band for added security.

Are there any weight or height limits?

There are no height restrictions but the maximum recommended weight for users of the trampolines is 260lbs.

Can I jump if I'm pregnant ?

We don’t advise or recommend that you use the trampolines while pregnant.

Can I turn up and pay on arrival?

Yes, cash and card payments can be taken on the day for standard jump sessions and fitness classes. We urge you to use the website or call ahead to check availability for your preferred session. Please be sure to arrive in plenty of time to be checked in and to complete your waiver if necessary. We get very busy in the evenings, at weekends and during school holidays.

Can I get a refund or transfer my session? 

We’re happy to arrange a refund 72 hours prior to the booking. Please call us on 0161 672 6799 to discuss this further.

Do I need Energi trampoline socks?

Yes, it’s mandatory for all jumpers to wear Energi rubberised trampoline socks. Socks can be purchased online as part of your booking or at the arena and are yours to keep for future visits.

What should I wear?

There are no restrictions for clothing but good fitting, comfortable sportswear is best. Loose, sharp or metallic accessories should be removed and safely stored in our lockers. Remember trampolining is a very energetic activity, dress to stay cool.

What happens if I'm late for my session?

Unfortunately, you will lose the session but if we have the availability we will do all we can to allow you to use what is left of the session or book you onto the next one.

What is a waiver?

Every jumper must have a completed a valid waiver before using the trampolines. Waivers can be completed online or in person. All jumpers under the age of 16 must have their waiver completed by a parent or guardian and once in place a waiver lasts for a period of twelve months.

Do you charge admission fees for non jumpers?

All visitors are welcome in our park. The trampolines are a controlled area but we welcome anyone who may only want a coffee, a snack or just to watch their family and friends having fun.

Do you have lockers?

We have plenty of conveniently placed lockers for you to safely store your valuable items whilst jumping.

Is there a gallery or cafe that I can sit in when my children or friends are jumping?

The Energi Café is at the heart of the park on the mezzanine level and the best place to view the fun and action. You can enjoy a wide range of hot and cold food and beverages in quality surroundings. Stay a while and make use of our free Wi-Fi to catch up with the world.
